Four ways to engage us.
Every engagement starts with your problem, not with our rate card.
Fractional CTO
You need technical leadership at board level, but not a full-time hire.
We own your technology direction a day or two per week: architecture, hiring plans, vendor decisions, and a roadmap your investors can question. CTO judgment without CTO payroll.
Typical engagement: 1–2 days per week, three months and up.
Interim Management
Your engineering lead left, or the role does not exist yet.
We run the team while you search properly. Delivery keeps moving, decisions get made, and your permanent hire inherits a working organisation instead of a rescue job.
Typical engagement: full-time or close to it, 3–9 months.
Software Engineering
The system exists only as a plan, or it exists and misbehaves.
We design and build: embedded firmware, backend services, data pipelines, web applications. Senior work from someone who has shipped in regulated and industrial environments.

Schenker Labs is founder-led. Every engagement is run by Jörg Benedikt Schenker: fourteen years across fintech, energy, and industrial automation, including years as CTO and as Head of Data Management, with hands-on engineering throughout — from ETH spin-offs to global payment systems.
When an engagement needs more hands, we bring in vetted specialists, openly.
